Sorenna Restaurant can be found on the first floor above Yarmouth Gallery in the High Street Yarmouth. Here at Sorenna we focus on producing a dining experience using the best of what the island has to offer, cooked using modern day techniques.
Chef/owner Chris Southon originally from across the solent in Fareham, trained at Highbury college Portsmouth before leaving to learn his trade in the New Forest and then in Kent where he has worked and lived for the past 14 years. Choosing to relocate and open a restaurant on the island after family holidays here over the last 4 years. Realising the amazing produce on offer across the island and the friendly service the producers provide, it was time to open Sorenna.
The passion for us here is to provide you with a dining experience that is both sophisticated and fun, with a seasonally changing menu with friendly service run by restaurant manager Martin Kronis who has worked alongside Chris for 6 years. All the paintings in the restaurant are originals from Chris’s partner Sara, and they are for sale if any take your fancy.
