Our Head Chef Sean Jeffers is proud to use local fresh produce when available, from fresh fish from Ventnor bay to island reared beef. We pride ourselves in the fact that we use top ingredients to produce all of our dishes. We now make our bread in house along with our butter. As all our food is cooked to order, allergies and any dairy requirements can be catered for.
